Maintenance
Routine upkeep: software and security updates, backups, checks that your pages, links, and forms work, and fixes when something breaks.
Updates
Content changes on request — hours, menus, prices, photos, promotions, staff, new pages. Send them by text or email; small updates are usually done within two business days.
Technical support
A direct line to Santos by phone, text, or email for domain, DNS, business email, forms, integrations, and “my site is down” calls — in English or Spanish.

How it works
Billing, cancellation & refunds
Billing
Care Plan fees are billed in advance to the card you provide: $30 each month, plus a separate $200 annual fee billed once a year — the annual fee is its own charge, not part of the monthly rate. All charges are in U.S. dollars (USD). Project work is billed as stated in your written quote. Every charge comes with an emailed receipt, and charges appear from Diaz Solutions (Diaz Global Enterprises LLC).
Cancellation
Cancel a monthly plan anytime by phone, text, or email — no cancellation fee and no long-term contract. Service continues through the end of the billing period you’ve already paid for and isn’t renewed after that. Your domain stays yours, and we’ll hand over your site files if you want to host elsewhere.
Refunds
If you’re charged in error or charged twice, we refund the mistaken charge in full. Otherwise, monthly plan fees aren’t refunded for partial months once a billing period has started, and the annual fee covers the 12 months after it’s billed and isn’t prorated if you cancel early. If you cancel project work before it begins, any deposit is refunded in full; work already completed is billed per the quote.

Do I need to process payments with Diaz Solutions to use these plans?
No. Website Care Plans and project work are open to any U.S. business. If your business does process its card payments with Diaz Solutions and qualifies, your website build and hosting are included free instead — see our Free Website page.
Is there a contract?
No. Care Plans are month to month and you can cancel anytime. Project work is a fixed quote you approve in writing before we start.
Do you build new websites?
Yes — small-business websites that win customers: services, hours, photos, reviews, directions, contact, plus online menus, booking, or ordering where it fits. Quoted per project, or free for qualifying processing clients.
Can I move my website somewhere else later?
Yes. Your domain is yours, and on request we’ll provide your site files so you can host it anywhere.
What if my site goes down or something breaks?
Call or text Santos. Fixing outages and broken pages is part of the Care Plan at no extra charge.
