Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 7, 2026
1. Who We Are
Diaz Solutions is a business name used by Diaz Global Enterprises LLC. This policy explains how we handle information collected through diazsolutions.us, our contact and qualification forms, and lead forms we operate on third-party platforms.
2. Information We Collect
When you contact us or submit one of our website forms or Meta lead forms, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, company name, business type, monthly card-sales range, current payment-acceptance status, POS-system needs, and any message or processing statement you choose to provide. Our website first-touch attribution keeps a coarse acquisition channel and an allowlisted landing-page path. It does not retain raw referrer URLs, campaign strings, advertising click IDs, or URL query details in that attribution record.
3. How We Use Information
We use this information to respond to your inquiry, evaluate whether payment or POS options may fit your business, provide a requested consultation or statement review, communicate with you about your request, operate and improve our website and services, prevent abuse, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
4. How We Share Information
We may share information with service providers that support our website, email, analytics, customer-relationship management, and communications. When you ask us to evaluate or arrange payment services, we may also share relevant information with payment-processing partners as needed to evaluate eligibility or provide the requested service. Information submitted through Meta is also handled by Meta under its own privacy terms. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security. We do not sell personal information.
5. Calls, Texts, and Email
If you provide contact information and submit an inquiry, Diaz Solutions may call, text, or email you about that inquiry. You may ask us to stop promotional communications at any time. We may still send messages needed to respond to an active request or provide a service you requested.
6. Website Analytics
We use privacy-focused website analytics to understand page visits and interactions in aggregate. Our custom analytics records allowlisted page identity, a coarse acquisition channel, and limited interaction categories without contact-form contents or direct identifiers. For calendar bookings, we pass that coarse channel and landing-page path to Cal.com, and record a booking-created interaction without attendee or meeting details in our custom analytics. The custom browser tracker honors enabled Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals: while either signal is enabled, it does not send events or read stored first-touch attribution. Other service providers may apply their own privacy controls as described in their policies.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards intended to protect the information we handle. No website, transmission, or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Do not send card numbers or other sensitive cardholder data through our general contact or lead forms.
8. Retention and Your Choices
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to requests, provide services, maintain business records, prevent fraud or abuse, and meet applicable legal obligations. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information. Contact us to make a request.
9. Children and Contact Information
Our services and lead forms are intended for adults acting for businesses and are not directed to children. For privacy questions or requests, contact Diaz Global Enterprises LLC, doing business as Diaz Solutions, at santos@diazsolutions.us or (631) 747-5508. Diaz Solutions is based in Long Island, New York, United States.
