Santos Diaz began his merchant services career in April 2023 as part of another company. That experience gave him a foundation in helping business owners with their payment needs. Over time, he developed a different vision for how he wanted to serve merchants — one centered on personal relationships, clear guidance, and hands-on support.
In 2026, Santos established Diaz Solutions to put that vision into practice. Today, he works directly with business owners in English or Spanish, reviews their current setup, explains their options, and helps them find payment solutions that fit the way they do business. Clients have a direct relationship with the person helping them, from the first conversation through setup and ongoing support.
